Tools/init.sh
GitHub Pages A에서 Jekyll serve를 통해 로컬 서버에서 구동한 Page는 Chirpy의 소개 페이지 입니다.
커스텀을 하기 위해서는 기본 컨텐츠를 지워야 합니다.
Git Bash를 켜서 cd 명령어로 Pages 디렉토리로 이동 후, 아래 명령어를 적어줍니다. (MacOS는 Terminal을 사용합니다.)

다시 로컬 서버를 가동시키면 기본 컨텐츠가 사라집니다.

⚠️Error
- Gemfile.lock
‘Chirpy’ 테마는 현재 시점에서 Push를 하면 _Config.xml이 제대로 적용되지 않습니다.
여러번 같은 과정을 반복하며 분석해본 결과 tools/init.sh 명령이 .gitignore에 있는 Gemfile.lock을 삭제시킨다는 사실을 발견했습니다.
이후 Gemfile.lock 파일을 아예 삭제한 후 Push를 하니 정상적으로 반영되었습니다.
- Local Server
Gemfile.lock을 삭제하면 local server 에서 구동이 불가합니다. 때문에 삭제보다는 .gitignore에 Gemfile.lock 추가를 권장합니다.
작성자는 수정사항이 있다면 VS Code로 고치고 GitHub Desktop으로 Push 하는 형식으로 포스팅을 올리고 있어서 local server 구동 없이도 별다른 어려움 없이 포스팅을 하고 있습니다.
Push
Push 한 후, GitHub 의 Actions 탭을 확인하면 페이지 반영 결과를 확인할 수 있습니다.
